Your choice of groups and level of involvement is optional, but we are required to process this information in order to administer your account, register your membership and to communicate to you that you are a member of the groups that you join. We collect personal data from you when you submit it or provide it to us, such as when you email us, sign up for updates and membership or otherwise interact with us. In order to participate and find an appropriate match in the group, we collect your name, email address and country and city of residence. As it is in our interest to be responsive to you and to ensure proper functioning of the group, we will use your information to:

- To send you updates about the group where you have subscribed to this;

- To send you information about our events where you have subscribed to this;

- Respond to your questions and requests;

- To provide you with support and improve your experience with us

Additionally, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); comments, feedback, recommendations, and personal profile.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We will maintain a mailing list. This will include the names and contact details of people who wish to receive updates about Meet.Share.Inspire, our community and important announcements. When members sign up to the list we will explain how their details will be used, how they will be stored, and that they may ask to be removed from the list at any time. We will not use the mailing list in any way that the individuals on it have not explicitly consented to.We will provide information about how to be removed from the list with every mailing.

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform.  Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about Meet.Share.Inspire, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email.
